Responsibilities 

Handles all facets of ticket selling and redeeming for Maligne Lake Cruise 
Part of a larger "Explore Rockies" team with locations at Maligne Lake as well as the Town Office located within the town of Jasper - shifts will be scheduled at both locations 
Oversee integrated ticket counter and gift shop 
Ensuring service is friendly, courteous and professional 
Taking a genuine interest in the guests and identify needs

Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs

Responsible handling of cash, credit cards and cash out forms 
Keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized 
Facilitating efficient inventory management and movement 
Qualifications 

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: 
Communicate effectively in English, other language abilities are a benefit 
Strong attention to detail and enhanced communication skills 
Enthusiastic and out-going personality, ability to use this to engage with guests
Cash-handling experience is an asset 
A self starter who takes initiative 
A passion for ensuring each customer receives a great experience

Work Environment 

Contract dates; May 22 to October 8th, 2018 and June 18th to September 3rd, 2018 
Retention & performance bonus: up to $1.00 per hour worked
