Responsibilities 

An enthusiastic, responsible person who is eager to promote Banff Lake Cruise Boat Tours and grow our daily guest numbers 
Educate potential guests on our boat and kayak rentals, fishing charters and Lake Cruises, hand out information and, be a vital brand ambassador 
Distribute promotional materials in a friendly, approachable manner 
Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Pursuits Banff Jasper Collection and area 
Help create a buzz and excitement around all BLC products 
Daily set-up of information kiosk and demonstration materials 

Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs

Maintain positive guest relationships for outgoing and returning guests 
Answer questions about BLC and Pursuit Collections and surrounding area 
Give information on how and where to access rentals, fishing charters and cruises 
Give out feedback forms and/or Tripadvisor links 
Encourage sharing and support on our social media platforms 
Set and achieve promotional goals 
Track activity report on outcomes and adapt accordingly 
Work outdoors in varying degrees of mixed weather the majority of the time 
Qualifications 

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: 
Driven and have a love for interacting with all types of people 
Experience in sales or service industry a major plus 
Outstanding interpersonal skills; excellent communicator 
Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently when needed 
Incredible customer service skills 
Creative thinker and adept problem solver 
An enthusiasm for sharing our brand with others
