Commercial clerk (m / f) in customer service

Your tasks:
Telephone answering, written and personal inquiries for clients, consultation and customer service in selecting and dealing with medical devices
Accept orders
Registration and processing of applications
Preparation of presentations and cost estimates as well as verification of re-admission
Preparation of delivery documents and coordination of supplies

Billing, including getting and completing accounting documents

Your Qualifications:
Successful completion of business administration or nursing education
And bring relevant professional experience in the business field
Interested in medical products
Safe handling of Microsoft Office products is self-evident
You have a quick perception and an organized way of working ,They have organizational skills, happiness to work in the team and have a strong communicative ability
