Needs a customer service rep!
Gate Gourmet, a group company, is the world's largest independent provider of catering services to airlines and railways. We serve more than 200 million meals per year to our 250 plus customers at more than 100 airport locations worldwide.
We now want to hire a customer service representative to work in the kitchen for our flight located at Calgary Airport. This position represents a labor union and is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
The customer service representative coordinates the meal numbers with the number of customers for each day. Deliver all information from customers to kitchen dispatch staff. Handles calls, keeps records, communicates to solve problems and delays, handles many sheets. This position requires a good appearance like business, a friendly attitude and has the ability to work without supervision at a busy airport.
Specific job requirements:
Must pay attention to excellent detail
You should be able to multitask
It may be required to keep customs stamp at certain locations
Must be able to read and write forms in English
You should be able to interact with customers in a professional way
Our staff should be able to:
· Work schedule specified which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays
And, where appropriate, overtime

Education requirements:
High School Diploma
Environmental requirements:
You will be subjected to extreme temperature and noise changes
You must be able to lift, push, pull, and transport the product, equipment and supplies up to fifty pounds (50) lbs
You must be able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending on the aircraft
Stands regularly, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during spells of 8+ hours
