Warehouse Associate
$16 an hour for 35 hour /week
Shipping / Receiving
Works under minimum direction from the Warehouse Manager / Supervisor
Effective visual inspection of received product for damage and contamination
Effectively compares the BOLs / packing slips to the received items and to purchase orders
Accurately places or stages materials in designated stock locations
Operates lift truck and other material handling equipment effectively and safely, and maintains lift truck license
Completes shipping documents accurately, completely and on time
Accurately packs and ships product and accessories per instructions
Picking / Packing

Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs

Repackages product from over-packs to specified package sizes
Accurately picks product from the Picking List
Effectively inspects picked product visually and can recognize nonconforming product
Packs and ships product per specified requirements and instructions
Other
Accurately performs physical inventory counts / cycle counts as requested
Carries out prescribed preventive maintenance activities in accordance with schedule / checklists
Handles medium to heavy materials intermittently
Works safely avoiding lost time injuries
Completes work within expected periods of time
Communicates well with colleagues
Has minimum absenteeism and is punctual
Maintains good workplace housekeeping
Completes other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Operating licenses an asset
Product knowledge an asset
Previous distribution experience an asset.
