Serves as the Asia Pac Talent and Organization Effectiveness (OE) consulting leader. Plans, executes and delivers talent and OE strategies and interventions for Asia Pac including:
Developing Asia Pac Talent and OE strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the division.
Determining how Talent and OE solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs.
Analyzing, designing and delivering a range of talent and OE solutions and designing and implementing talent and organization effectiveness interventions to meet employee and organizational needs (including talent management, leadership development, development of core managerial skills and competencies as well as organization development—culture, change management, org design, engagement etc.)
