The summary of the work is to provide health care, under the supervision of the direct supervisor, personal care services to customers and help customers on daily life activities as described in the care plan, and in accordance with all internal and external standards of practice required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Providing Personal Care Service As directed to the existing care plan or appointment sheet, emotional, spiritual and physical comfort is achieved to the clients as much as possible.
. Personal care that falls within the scope of district practice for health care may include aid duties, skin care, hair care, mouth and bath care, health care, exercise, basic care for wounds and nutrition, including special diets, with medication reminders.
. Specialized customer-specific procedures can demonstrate proven training and current efficiency.
. Monitor and document the client's situation according to the company's standards.
Report any unusual events or changes in customer status to the direct supervisor or to the office
. Understand and implement infection prevention practices.

Education:

Graduated from accredited health institutes.

In their practice, health care assistance must have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of nursing and provide personal care to clients.
Experiment
Experience the recent personal care in a similar situation or life experience that has completed similar duties.

Other skills and abilities:

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Exceptional personal skills and ability to work independently as part of a team. Must be physically fit, ready to do light housekeeping as necessary; proven ability to follow written and verbal instructions relating to customer care.
