HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00/Hourly
Duties: The person should be able to Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, cleaners and janitors; Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safely and cleanliness standards are met; Recommend or arrange for additional maintanance services; Prepare work schedules and co-ordinate activities with other departments; Assist housekeepers/cleaners in performing duties; Supervise staff procedures and do other duties as the workers supervised; Hire and train cleaning staff; Prepare budget, estimate coasts and keep financial records; Receive payments for specialized cleaning jobs; May perform certain cleaning duties.

Employment Requirements:

Completion of secondary school and previous experience in a particular area of cleaning is required. Previous supervisory experience may be an asset.
Language Requirements: Functional English Language is required.
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00/hour Depending upon experience and work knowledge.
